How disputes work

Ghana Directory does not hold your money. We are not an escrow service or licensed payment provider. When you report a dispute against a supplier or listing, our admin team reviews the evidence and reaches out to both sides.

The flow:

  1. You report the problem with summary, amount in dispute, and evidence.
  2. Admin marks the case in review and contacts both parties.
  3. If facts are clear, admin marks the case resolved or dismissed.
  4. Open disputes lower the supplier's trust score; resolved disputes have a smaller penalty.

If you need real escrow — money held until delivery is confirmed — that needs a regulated financial entity. We don't provide one. For now we provide accountability, not protection.
