How disputes work
Ghana Directory does not hold your money. We are not an escrow service or licensed payment provider. When you report a dispute against a supplier or listing, our admin team reviews the evidence and reaches out to both sides.
The flow:
- You report the problem with summary, amount in dispute, and evidence.
- Admin marks the case in review and contacts both parties.
- If facts are clear, admin marks the case resolved or dismissed.
- Open disputes lower the supplier's trust score; resolved disputes have a smaller penalty.
If you need real escrow — money held until delivery is confirmed — that needs a regulated financial entity. We don't provide one. For now we provide accountability, not protection.
