1. What Ghana Directory is

Ghana Directory is a community-sourced directory of prices, suppliers, vendors, and businesses in Ghana. We collect information from users and from public sources, verify it, and publish it for others to use.

2. What we don't do

• We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business.
• We do not guarantee prices, quality, availability, or delivery.
• We are not a licensed payment provider. We do not hold escrow. See how disputes work.

3. Submitting information

When you submit a price, listing, or review, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may verify, edit, or reject submissions. Fake submissions, paid manipulation, and impersonation will get accounts banned.

4. Claiming a business

You may only claim a business you own or are authorised to represent. We verify claims by phone or document. False claims are grounds for permanent ban and may be reported.

5. Liability

Information on Ghana Directory is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by Ghanaian law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on it.
